We can't believe another month has passed! Happy 3 months to our little peanut. We have had a busy last month doing a lot of activities before Erica returned to work. Alex has had a lot of first visits to places even though he hasn't really experienced them yet. He continues to eat well and keeps growing. He's now in newborn diapers and clothes,
although he is quickly outgrowing them both. Bobby is now enjoying more time with Alex since Erica is back to work. Ben's love for his brother continues to grow as you will see in the pictures. Ben also frequently talks about how he "loves his brother."
We had his cardiology follow up this week and he weighed 8lb 13oz! They are very happy with his growth. He also had an echocardiogram which overall looked good, but we do need to keep an eye on one area. The left pulmonary artery which comes off the heart and takes blood to the lungs is narrow in one area. His cardiologist said this is quite common, but definitely something that needs to be watched closely. He will have to get some other tests in the next few weeks to get some more information and then they will come up with a plan. While we were hoping for a normal echo, we are thankful to be so close to CHOP for them to monitor things closely.
