We can't believe another month has gone by already! Alex weighs 11lb 1.5oz now and is finally in 3 month clothes. He is starting to talk more and is laughing a lot. He enjoys watching his big brother play. He is rolling over both ways and is putting everything in his mouth!
We got good news at his most recent visit to cardiology. The repeat lung perfusion scan showed improvement in blood flow to the left lung. Now the hope is that the left pulmonary artery will continue to grow so that even more blood flow can get to the left lung. We have repeat ultrasounds set up for the next few months and then he will likely need another cath in the next 6 months or so as these stents don't usually last very long when they are so small.
Alex has one more month at home with Grandma Kehler before he starts daycare. It will be a stressful time for Mommy, but I'm sure Alex will love it and everyone at the daycare is so excited to meet him.
